Infinity Ward sees more developers leave

Yesterday it was reported that the recently fired lead developers of Infinity Ward partnered with Electronic Arts and created their new development studio, Respawn Entertainment.  After the news, it appears that a few other Infinity Ward employees have resigned from the company.

Designers – Steve Fukuda, Zied Reike, Mackey McCandish, and Todd Alderman

Programmers – Rayme Vinson and Jon Shiring

Software Engineer – Francesco Gigliotti

Lead Artist – Chris Cherubini

Although nothing is set in stone yet, I think we can safely say they will probably join Jason and Vince at Respawn Entertainment.  It’s probably the best move for these guys as Infinity Ward appears to be a sinking ship and people are jumping off like the Titanic.  From the reports, Activision didn’t exactly treat this studio with the best of respect.  I’m sure we haven’t heard the last of Infinity Ward employees leaving the company just yet, but time will tell.
